OUR CUSTOMER: PAI CRISTAL
Pai Cristal, founded in Milan in 1965, is a developer and manufacturer of high-end polishing processes. Its activities are applied in the fashion and eyewear, automotive and marine, jewelry and music industries.
Today it is a benchmark in the industry, operating in Cadore but also present in China, India, and for the past few months in the United States.
THE PAI CRISTAL OBJECTIVE
Pai Cristal’s challenge was to digitize business processes, acquiring an international tool that could manage all aspects of the business and be applied and used by all departments.

Our client’s needs were for a constantly updated system that could cover all aspects of the company’s business, from marketing to production, and for an international ERP in anticipation of future internationalization.
Pai Cristal installed all components of the NetSuite ERP including accounting, warehouse, production, CRM and commercial. With this solution, all staff, from any department, can use and interface with a single platform.
“The recent start of operations in the U.S. subsidiary allowed us to appreciate the advantages of a solution like Oracle NetSuite. In just a few weeks, we activated the branch’s CRM, accounting and intercompany processes, enabling control of activities from Italy in real time.”

At the end of 2024, we also trained staff in the U.S. office. Today they can save new leads, enter orders, and create reports with full autonomy.
NET IMPROVEMENTS
NetSuite has enabled Pai Cristal to manage all business processes in a single platform, eliminating dependence on Excel spreadsheets. Integration with business intelligence software further streamlined operations, easing the company’s transition from craft to industry and preparing it to handle increasing volumes and complexity.
Budgeting operations have also been incorporated into NetSuite and will be extended to the production and purchasing areas in the coming months.

LOOKING TO THE FUTURE…
Pai Cristal recently successfully integrated three new production machines and performed an integration with Business Intelligence software.
Upcoming challenges for Pai Cristal include new integrations of artificial intelligence applications to further improve efficiency and prepare the company for future challenges.
