We develop the potential of Oracle NetSuite for business management, following up on the specific needs of people and adapting them to the Italian regulations or the foreign market in which the business operates.
GT Team
For each project in Green Tree, a specialized work team is created, which encompasses all the managerial and technical skills useful to follow the implementation of Oracle NetSuite and other features detected according to the needs expressed by the company.
Mentoring
Green Tree’s team includes an internal project manager (PM) and a team leader for each functional area (e.g., finance, logistics, shipping, manufacturing) who is paired with an internal company resource that follows the Oracle NetSuite integration hand-in-hand.
Monitoring
In addition to stimulating design creativity and experience sharing, management and company leaders continually engage in discussions with Green Tree team leaders so that all requirements are met and the project fully reflects shared needs and goals.
