Oracle NetSuite Finance Consultant

We are looking for a motivated Finance Consultant with a strong analytical aptitude to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the administration, finance and control area, optimizing processes and ensuring regulatory compliance. This position offers the opportunity to develop technical skills in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.

Primary Responsibilities.

• Implementation support: assist in the configuration and customization of the Oracle NetSuite platform according to customer requirements.
• Operational process analysis: collaborate with the team to understand and analyze customer workflows, focusing on finance processes, including accounting, treasury, and management control.
• Data migration activities: participate in the migration of data from legacy systems, ensuring the correctness, completeness and integrity of data transferred to NetSuite.
• Post-implementation support: provide first-level support to customers to resolve any issues and ensure that the NetSuite solution is fully operational.
• Documentation and reporting: assist in the creation and management of project documentation, including operational specifications and activity reports.
• User training: assist in training customer staff to ensure a smooth transition to the new ERP system.

Requirements

• Qualification: degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• Experience: at least 3-5 years of experience in consulting , accounting or a similar role is preferred, but not required.
• Technical skills: good knowledge of Excel and key accounting practices; familiarity with Oracle NetSuite or other ERP software is a plus.
• Knowledge of business processes: basic understanding of operation-related business processes such as logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing.
• Willingness to travel: willingness to travel for meetings and activities at customer sites required.
• Languages: good knowledge of Italian and English (both written and spoken).
• Analytical skills: strong aptitude for data analysis and ability to interpret financial information.
• Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues, both in written and oral form.
