suite+ FRAMEWORK
The core functionality package that is integrated with Oracle NetSuite to go beyond some of the technical constraints of the system and accommodate the common demands of companies operating in Italy and abroad.

MULTI-DISCOUNT LISTS AND CASCADING DISCOUNTS.
Fundamental for monitoring the commercial policies adopted with respect to distributors, partners and resellers, this feature allows both to reduce calculation errors on the amounts to be recognized and to maintain continuous control over the real profit margins.
The component is integrated into Oracle NetSuite to enable the management of:
- Multi-discount lists, i.e., tables that define custom discounts based on order quantities, product categories or specific business conditions.
- Cascading discounts (or compound discounts) that provide sequential reductions on already discounted price (e.g., quantity discount + loyalty discount).

COMMISSION MANAGEMENT
Knowing how to effectively manage the sales network is a not insignificant competitive advantage for a company.
The Suite+ component dedicated to commissions is designed to:
- optimize sales costs by going to reduce errors in counting and promoting the traceability of the amounts disbursed;
- ensure transparency and fairness towards the sales network, going to reinforce trust and preventing possible disputes;
- speed up the timing of compensation settlement through automated processes in line with contractual regulations;
- centralize data with the ability to adjust commission agreements based on the occurrence of market changes or individual agent growth objectives.

ADVANCED SALES KIT
The Advanced Sales Kit component of Suite+ is integrated into Oracle NetSuite to ensure:
- Creation of a single transport document (DDT) against multiple customer orders
- Creation of summary invoices against multiple customer orders
- Creation of month-end summary invoices against multiple transport documents

DOCFINANCE
In the area of financial forecasting, planning and control, Docfinance is the component for optimizing corporate treasury management.
In addition to automating collection, payment and accounting processes for income and expenses, it provides a comprehensive overview of the company’s financial position, ensuring high standards of transparency and more informed strategic planning.

ADVANCE MANAGEMENT
This Suite+ feature was developed to also properly manage, and again through Oracle NetSuite, payments made prior to delivery of goods or services.
Management of advances, in fact, often hides pitfalls in terms of accounting, calculation of VAT, correctness of financial statements and traceability of documents: thanks to this integration, on the other hand, the company is able to zero in on the risk of accounting inconsistencies and to face with serenity any tax audits.

NAMIRIAL INTEGRATION
Namirial is a certified platform for generating, sending via Sistema di Interscambio (SDI) and storing B2B and PA electronic invoices in accordance with regulations.
Integrated with Oracle NetSuite via Suite+, it enables automation of document creation, transmission and digital storage, centralizing accounting data in a single system, improving efficiency and traceability of sales transactions.
