Analysis

The initial survey identifies the company’s pivotal processes and user needs to focus on the gap between the current and ideal situation. Upon completion, a BRD (Business Requirement Document) is issued that specifically indicates which features will be covered by NetSuite and which, on the other hand, will be customized.

Data and business master data are important within the NetSuite sandbox, which is the test environment used to simulate day-to-day operations and verify that the configured system correctly meets both management requirements and user usability expectations.
