LAM Industries s.r.l. manufactures and markets boilers, water storage tanks, combination tanks, heat pumps and thermal insulation. The company as it is today was founded in 2012 but its history goes back more than forty years. It is modern and technologically advanced, operates on a total area of 32,000 square meters, of which 16,000 is for production, and has a team of 70 highly qualified employees.<\/strong> <\/p>\n

The collaboration between LAM Industries and the Green Tree staff -when it was not yet Green Tree- dates back to the summer of 2014, when the Oracle NetSuite implementation project began. Towards the end of that year all the setup activities were ready and in March 2015 the go live. <\/p>\n

Today Green Tree continues to study, integrate and update the system in step with changes and developments in the company. A collaboration that is destined -we hope- to last for a long time and grow further. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Why was Oracle NetSuite chosen as the new ERP system in a manufacturing company?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Prior to the implementation of Oracle NetSuite, LAM Industries’ IT and management system was primarily geared toward administrative organization, thus no longer useful for the new production needs.<\/p>\n

In searching for a comprehensive solution of its size, LAM Industries opted for Oracle NetSuite almost naturally. Maurizio was already aware of the technical advantages offered by the system, but it was the chemistry he immediately established with Ivan Zannese that tipped the scales toward yes, kicking off a long-lasting partnership based on trust. <\/p>\n
